Thanks to all who spotted my picture being used in an advertisement on Facebook!Please continue to let me know when you see the ad.Here is the screen print of the ad: There are laws that very clearly state that a person's likeness or image cannot be used in advertising without consent. (Parent's consent if a minor.) Since this is obviously my picture, I think I have a case! Now to find a Lawyer
